We do not currently offer any free return policy in case of “change of heart” from you. But we accept return in specific cases as detailed below (if you have any doubt feel free to email us directly at email@example.com).
Any claims for damaged and or defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
